• Manages the HSE team for single or multiple facilities.
• Oversees the development , planning and implementation of environmental ,occupational health and safety policies and procedures within the company.
• Ensures compliance with local regulations pertaining to environmental ,occupational health and safety, and handles all contact with appropriate agencies.
• Develops, implements and monitors company environmental, occupational health and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Conducts training in emergency response, hazardous material handling, industrial hygiene, life safety and ergonomic compliance regulated activities.
• Carry out the skill gap assessment and develop action plan to close skills gaps for critical standards
• Develop the site HSE Training Matrix based on local government regulations and ensure training is delivered to all associates and contractors on site to meet or exceed local government requirements
• Lead the accident and near miss investigation process by analyzing, handling, reporting, recommending the improvement and preventive measures, follow up on the corrective and preventive actions, ensure report complete in the timely manner.
