Our client is a world-class memory chip company. Being a globally recognized industry leader, they are known to put up innovative design constantly. They are now looking for a Senior DRAM Circuit Design Engineer to supervise their strong team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing to the development of new product by assisting with the overall design and layout
- Working on DRAM Circuit design including DRAM and mobile DRAM
- Performing simulation and debugging on new products to ensure the quality
REQUIREMENTS
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- 4-7+ years of experience in circuit design; supervision experience is a plus
- Experience in DRAM, SRAM or other memory related fields
