Responsibilities:
- Support the team of site leads on daily efforts, ensuring proper direction of managing day-to-day operations
- Driving creation, execution and adoption of quality initiatives and lean initiatives.
- Drive improvements tp KPIs relating to order management
- Lead and develop team members to grow and develop into senior positions
- Work closely with various stakeholders within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in STEM field
- 6+ years managing and leading a team in logistics, operations or warehouse management
- Experience with performance metrics
- Leadership and management experience in multi-location teams
- Attention to detail
- Willing to travel
- Fluent English and German
