A global consumer goods firm which is experiencing a massive period of growth is currently seeking a motivated director of demand planning and S&OP for their team in Switzerland, that has experience in the FMCG industry. The Demand Planning Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Generate detailed forecast to reflect all necessary inputs and meetings
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer service in order to recognise noteworthy variances and then adjust the forecast accordingly
- Run monthly S&OP Meetings
- Develop, train and mentor team of direct report
- Process and cost improvement
- Regularly update production planning team with accurate item-level changes in the forecast
- Working with multiple stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or business related field
- 10+ years of demand planning and S&OP experience
- 4+ years experience of leading a team
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
