Responsibilities
Managing key stakeholders and building/managing excellent relationships with them.
Responsible for leading the digital procurement transformation team, building the team from the ground up and establishing it within the company
Plan and achieve savings and meet KPI targets
Monitor and report progress / achievement on a monthly basis to management (prepare & attend Category review meetings)
Build and develop long-term relationships with highest performing suppliers
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a digital business transformation role is essential
Experience working in within the pharmaceutical sector desired but not necessary
Excellent negotiation and people skills
The ability to present complex information in clear, concise visual format
Background in business administration, financial, or related field
