Responsibilities of the Customer Order Processing Manager:
- Manage a team of Customer Management Representatives
- Facilitate proper flow of orders between systems- including EDI, AX ERP, Scale WMS
- Oversee CS scorecard (OTIF, On Time In Full)
- Lead special sale accounts, special sale types, and novelty launches
- Collaborate/maintain communication with the Distribution center to monitor expected loads and with brands on shipment plans/portfolios
- Validate all order exceptions- address overrides, prices, and all monthly exception reports
Requirements for the Customer Order Processing Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, customer order management, and inventory management
- Proven success in utilizing people leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain within the Retail/Consumer Goods industries
- Ability to use Microsoft AX
