As a Commodity Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services for the company's production operations. You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure quality standards are met, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Extensive experience in Procurement, preferably within the Automotive industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in German and English
Desirable skills include:
- Experience in purchasing plastic parts
- Knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
