Responsibilities
- Key link between the Commercial/Contract Management function, Customer
- Act as the key facilitator for the development of new contract agreement (as well as extensions/updates) with Pharmaceutical customers
- Point of escalation for the Commercial/Contract Management function, interfacing closely with customers, and internal stake holders
- Consult internal stakeholders regarding contract implementation, including commercial, quality and supply conditions
- Drive transparency surrounding contractual obligations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the optimization of commercial processes and efficient monitoring of process compliance
- Supervise and support the sales function through the quotation process, providing an expert-view of the Supply Chain
Skills/Experience Required
- Education background from Natural Science/Life Science or Commercial/Business areas would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of contract documentation within the Pharmaceutical /Life Sciences industry
- Extensive professional experience in contract/quotation/pricing management
- Able to handle numerous ongoing projects while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluency in German
