Responsibilities
- Lead the category strategy for either electronics or metals
- Planning, control and implementation of cost-saving measures
- Global procurement market analysis and benchmarks
- Supplier selection and management, development of system suppliers
- Negotiation and implementation of purchase contracts
- Manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
Skills and Experience
- Background in purchasing electrical or mechanically components
- Experience in leading the procurement strategy for a category or commodity group
- Experience in the implementation and management of procurement projects
- Ability to coordinate a cross-functional teams as well as good communication skill
- Strong negotiating skills
- Able to negotiate in both German and English
- Willing to travel
